Frequently asked questions
The essentials on pricing, cancellation, plan differences and access from web or mobile.
These answers summarize the practical points that most often create doubts before subscribing.
Is the 20 USD price permanent?
It depends on the platform. Subscriptions made before May 5 through Stripe are locked in at 20 USD/month permanently. Subscriptions through the App Store or Google Play get the discounted price only for the first 6 months; starting from the seventh month, the price becomes 30 USD/month.
Can I cancel at any time?
Yes. Web subscriptions are managed through Stripe and can be canceled at any time without penalties. Subscriptions through the App Store or Google Play are managed from the corresponding store account.
Does the free trial apply to both plans?
Yes. Both plans include a 3-day free trial. If you cancel before the trial ends, no charge is made. After the trial, the subscription renews monthly according to the selected plan.
Why is subscribing on the web cheaper?
App stores charge a commission on every transaction, which impacts the final price. By subscribing directly through Stripe on the web, that cost disappears. Access is exactly the same in both cases.
What is Net Delta Flow (NDF)?
NDF analyzes whether active options hedging is on the buy side or the sell side in real time. It helps identify directional exhaustion before price fully confirms it.
Is the Live Flow plan truly real time?
Yes. The Live Options Flow Analysis plan uses options data updated every 10–15 seconds through ThetaData Terminal, one of the lowest-latency options data providers in the market.
What is the difference between web and mobile subscriptions?
Access is exactly the same. The difference is that web subscriptions through Stripe include taxes in the displayed price, which makes the final cost lower for the user.
What is MCP integration?
GEXfocus’s MCP server lets you connect platform data directly to Claude or other compatible AI tools. You can analyze options structure, gamma and flow using natural language in real time.
What really changes between both plans?
The main difference lies in latency, Net Delta Flow, FEP, intraday alerts, real-time structure summary, the depth of access to U.S. assets, insider data coverage and the functional scope of MCP.
